Control Cable Adjustment (Cont'd)

INTAKE DOOR

Intake door cable / motor adjustment

  1. 1
    Connect intake door motor harness connector before installing to intake door motor.
    Intake door area exploded view: door rod connecting to intake door motor; intake door lever assembly; ACC ignition position icon; REC switch icon; CONNECT harness icon — sequence reference for steps 1-7.

    Turn ignition switch to ACC.
  3. 3
    Turn REC switch ON.
  4. 4
    Install intake door motor on intake unit.
  5. 5
    Install intake door lever.
  6. 6
    Set intake door lever in REC and secure door rod to holder.
  7. 7
    Check that intake door operates properly when REC switch is turned ON and OFF.
