1) Turn ignition switch "ON".
2) Check voltage between terminal (b) and ground.

Supply 12V direct current between terminals (1) and (2) | Yes
Not supply | No
If N.G., replace relay.

CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT.
1) Turn ignition switch "OFF".
2) Check continuity between terminal (a) and ground.
Continuity should exist.

Repair harness or connectors.

CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY BETWEEN POWER TRANSISTOR AND E.C.U.
1) Disconnect E.C.U. harness connector.
2) Disconnect power transistor harness connector.
3) Check continuity between terminals (h) and (1), (i) and (3), (k) and (2), (l) and (11).
