Perform self-diagnosis (Mode III). Is Code No. 11 indicated?

A - CHECK POWER SOURCE.
1) Disconnect crank angle sensor harness connector.
2) Turn ignition switch "ON".
3) Check voltage between terminal b and ground.
Voltage: Battery voltage
N.G.
Repair harness or connectors.
O.K.

B - CHECK INPUT SIGNAL.
1) Reconnect crank angle sensor harness connector.
2) Start engine.
3) Check that pulse signals exist in E.C.U. terminals 42, 52 and 41, 51 with logic probe.
Pulse signals should exist.
42, 52: 1° signal
41, 51: 180° signal
O.K.

C - CHECK CONTINUITY BETWEEN E.C.U. AND CRANK ANGLE SENSOR.
1) Turn ignition switch "OFF".
2) Disconnect E.C.U. harness connector.
3) Disconnect crank angle sensor harness connector.
4) Check continuity between terminal a and ground, terminals c and 42, 52 and terminals d and 41, 51.
Resistance: Approximately 0Ω
