Assemble oil pump in the reverse order of disassembly, noting the following instructions.
IMPORTANT
Before installation, coat the O-rings and oil seal with A.T.F.*
Make sure O-rings and oil seal are properly installed.
When assembling vanes to rotor, rounded surfaces of vanes must face cam case side.
Always install new O-rings and oil seal.
Be careful of oil seal direction.
NOTE
*: Automatic Transmission Fluid
IMPORTANT
Pay attention to the direction of rotor.
Install vanes properly.
CAUTION
Do not remove spool valve from connector.
IMPORTANT
Apply A.T.F.* to O-ring.
