Disassembly (Continued)

  1. 1
    In areas where Tool cannot be used, use a screwdriver to bend the edge up.
    Be careful not to damage tank.
    Hand using a screwdriver to bend the edge of the radiator tank up

    Make sure the edge stands straight up.
    Hand using a tool to straighten the edge of the radiator tank; edge stands straight up

    Remove oil cooler from tank. (A/T model only)

Assembly

  1. 1
    Install oil cooler. (A/T model only)
    Pay attention to direction of conical washer.

    Clean contact portion of tank.

    Install sealing rubber. Push it in with fingers.
    Be careful not to twist sealing rubber.
